Puff pastry with honey

Ingredients
- 500 g flour for pies
- 3 tbl. olive oil
- 3 tbl. tsipouro bacaleco
- 1½ fl. hot water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6-7 tbl. sugar
- Flour
- Nissete
For the syrup:
- ½ fl. water
- 1 fl. honey bacaleco
For sprinkling:
- Cinnamon
- Carnation
- 1 fl. walnuts* Instuctions
Pour into the flour salt, tsipouro, olive oil, warm water and knead. Leave for half an hour to rest the dough and split it into small balls in the size of the walnut. We open each ball on a thin sheet. Cut it in the middle, light it and sprinkle it with sugar. Gently strain it and wrap it in the shape of a snail. Grease the blades and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
When cooked, we sympathize with the dilute honey and tsipouro.
Let them take 1-2 hours to suck the syrup and sprinkle them with nuts, sesame seeds, cinnamon and carnation.
